It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to examine shipments on arrival. If there are any shortages, damages or incorrect items this must be noted on the transportation bill before signing, and pictures taken if possible.
To make a claim for damaged items or shortage of an item, this must be made in writing.

You can return or exchange your purchase for a full refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED within 10 business days of delivery or pick up upon presentation of the original bill of sale and provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items returned after 10 business days are at the discretion of Lakefish Net and Twine and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
